SUMMER 41A 

is a cheery Yellow hut with a inside seating bench and a perpex window. Summer is located on the front row directly on the prom with a ramp down to the beach just a few steps away.

Where is Summer Beach Hut located?
With the pier in front of you, looking out to sea turn right, walk along the promenade, round the bend, past ‘May’s Boardwalk Café’ and it’s 9 huts along after that. It is Bright Yellow so you won’t miss it and nor will children if on the beach!

Church Road car park, CO14 8DE.

There is also parking along the residential streets nearby.

What time can I arrive and depart? Can I sleep overnight?

9am - 6pm (High Season) May, June, July, Aug
9am-5pm (Low Season) Apr, Sept, Oct
Unfortunately you cannot sleep in any Beach huts overnight.

How should we leave the Hut?
Exiting the hut?
Be kind and leave no trace behind! Tidy up after yourself by using the cleaning equipment provided and returning it to its rightful spot. Before you head out, dispose of any rubbish in the Main Promenade Bin.

Our Cancellation Policy – Let's Discuss
Unfortunately, we can't control the weather, but we can control our policy. If you need to cancel, please inform us at least two weeks in advance to receive a refund minus £20. However, if you provide less notice than that, we won't be able to provide any refunds. We apologise, but we cannot accommodate take-backs or date swaps.

  • Gas Stove/Kettle

  • Spare Portable gas stove under kitchen unit

  • Cooking Pot/Pan

  • Small amount of Beach Toys (we advise to bring your own)

  • Parasol

  • Fire Blanket/First Aid Kit

  • Dust pan and brush/Broom/Mop

  • Washing up bowl and cleaning accessories

We had a fantastic day in ‘Summer’ beach hut celebrating our babies 1st birthday.Great location!!!! Front row; with just a stones throw to the water tap, toilets, pier and slope down to the beach. The hut had everything you could need and was spotlessly clean.Looking forward to coming back soon!!

We had a lovely day in the summer hut. It was a lovely hut in a superb position. I cannot fault anything about it. It had everything you could want for a day at the seaside. Right by the pier and a snack shop too so very handy if you have young children. Very clean and we loved the decor. The owners are very friendly and really nice people who couldn't do enough to help you. Defibitely recommended for a day out at the beach. The beach is huge when the tide is out. Thanks for making our day in walton brilliant.

Just wanted to say we had the most amazing day today! I teared up so many times. It was wonderful. My girls didn’t stop laughing all day. You’ve probably just had a influx of booking as I’ve shared with so many people and they all seem to have booked up. Thank you helping us make wonderful memories xxx

All 7 of us had a fantastic day here over the bank holiday weekend, we only wish we’d got to the hut earlier and cooked breakfast in the kitchenette! We didn’t want to go home! We were right next to the beach, the hut was full of beach toys, scooters, fold out chairs, a parasol, towel, wind break, blankets. We could make tea or coffee all day, ate fish and chips in it. The owner was contactable if we had any questions and extremely helpful. It was beautifully decorated and in a great location. We already have one more booking and are planning two others, at least. It’s a great idea for a day out and to split the cost with friends, fantastic for dogs too 🥰 thank you Alice Beach Huts 😊

Fab day out. The hut was beautiful and well stocked for the extras you need to make you day feel like home from home. We were lucky with the weather and even managed to paddle in the sea!Can’t wait to book again.
